Cylinders
Drive clamping, pushing, positioning, lifting and transfer actions.
Automation builders need repeatable pneumatic motion, quick installation, stable air preparation and valves that can be matched to equipment layout.
Send bore, stroke, valve voltage, tube diameter, pressure, machine layout limits and annual quantity.
Drive clamping, pushing, positioning, lifting and transfer actions.
Switch pneumatic circuits and control cylinder actions from PLC signals.
Automate quarter-turn valves used in equipment utility lines.
Make machine-side routing faster and easier to maintain.
Stabilize pressure and filtration before machine pneumatic circuits.
Control water or process fluid lines around automation equipment.
For a cylinder station, start with the direction-control function and port arrangement. A 4V200 directional valve routes compressed air; a 2W fluid valve serves a different switching task and should not be substituted solely because its port size matches.
Provide the cylinder or actuator load, required cycle, air supply pressure, valve function, coil voltage, connector and manifold arrangement. Confirm sizing with the model's flow data.
Valve selection for automation equipment
These are selection examples. Final product suitability depends on the confirmed model and working conditions.
Common products include Pneumatic Cylinders, Solenoid Valves, Pneumatic Fittings, Pneumatic Tubing, Air Preparation Units, Pneumatic Actuators. Final selection depends on the medium, pressure, voltage, port size and installation environment.
Send bore, stroke, valve voltage, tube diameter, pressure, machine layout limits and annual quantity.
Open the matching product pages, review sample images and use the RFQ form when the working conditions are ready.
Standard, mini, compact and guided cylinder options for motion control and automation equipment.
Direct acting, pilot operated, normally closed, normally open, steam, stainless and plastic solenoid valve series.
Push-in fittings, metal fittings, quick couplings and silencers for pneumatic circuit connection.
PU, PA and PE pneumatic tubes, coils and hose options for compact pneumatic systems.
FRL combinations, filters, regulators, lubricators and filter-regulators for pneumatic air supply.
Rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuators for quarter-turn ball valve and butterfly valve automation.
